Неплохое начало. Роспись аккуратная, снежок симпатичный. Убрать бы блеск с фигурок, пару лишних персонажей (в камуфляже и буденовке) и нелепые ветки-палки, и все встанет на свои места. Успехов!

Thanks both of you for the comments! I would be grateful if you continue commenting in English, because I don't know any russian, so I have to use translate.google.com .
I'm glad that you find painting good enough, and I have to give credits for this to my mentor Stelios Demiras(http://www.mrblackpublications.com), who had organised great workshop on Athens about figure painting. I try to follow his instructions in every figure.
Diorama base-enviroment is completely on my own without any instruction. It's my first diorama, so it was a big challenge for me. You mentioned that tree sticks are not good and its true, also some items are not good enough.
I'll try to keep my painting on high standards and try to learn from tutorials and other ways how to make really good bases-enviroments.
Thanks for the comments again!

Dear Ilias Chalkidis!
In whole, diorama is good. But some details is not well. They can be converted simply.
- The branches of trees are not well. They can be removed.
- The cannon is placed in very deep trench. It can't to shoot by straightly. You can reduce the height of the rampart in front of the cannon.
- Two figures (in camouflage and a sheepskin coat) were made for the period of 1940 (the Finnish war), and do not correspond to 1944 because form of clothing for this periods was different. This figures of soldiers must to be removed or must to be converted.
And yet, I can give to you the advice for the future:
- There is the need to make the toning for figures of soldiers: protruding parts must be lighter, and folds must be darker than the main tone.
I wish you success!

True, it's very easy to remove them, I'll think of that...

This is really messy and I don't find a good reason. Cannon's barrel is close to the lowest position, it could be. So it's very likely to use it behind a rampart like this. The small cliff was made with a rubber mold and it's good enough for me...

Easy to remove, good reason, accepted

I dont know if its obvious, but I work on both(highlights, shadows) My mentor Stelios told me that on dioramas both of them have to be sharper rather than single figures and vignettes. I had to give more attention...
I wish you success!
