Originally an action figure from Mcfarlane Toys from year 2000. I bought it used and incomplete, lacking shield kneepad and hammer, but it was very cheap:).Figure was originally painted in very flat and uninteresting colors (sort of made in China look). Oils (Van Dyck,Maimeri Classico) on acrylic(Vallejo) base. Hammer made from styrofoam and chopstick, blood -oils mixed with Tamiya Clear red,then covered with dammar varnish.Rock is just the aquarium decoration piece. Also,I experimented little bit with Schmincke bronzes (mixed with oils) ,but used to much liquin, so I am not really satisfied with final results on armor.I realize this Ragnar doesnt look like one from TV series, but I thought it will be fun to be different.:) Later on, I added a raven to the scene.
